Working with more than one operator
One account, several fleets, one wallet.
You can be affiliated to several operators at the same time with one account. Each operator adds you to its fleet and you receive jobs from all of them.
- Your fares are one set and they follow you everywhere
- Your availability is one and holds for all of them
- Your credit is one balance, not one per operator
- If you leave an operator, the account and the credit stay yours
The terms you have with each operator stay a matter between you and them: shares, booking fees and arrangements do not pass through UrbanGo.
