The UrbanGo commission

20% of what you take, drawn from your credit.

On every job UrbanGo retains 20%, worked out on what you take and not on the price the customer pays. If the operator applies a booking fee of its own, that has already been taken off first: our 20% is worked out on what is left to you.

You do not pay it by card and we do not invoice you at the end of the month: it comes off your credit at the moment the job closes. In the wallet statement there is a line for every job, with the amount and the job it belongs to.

The commission is retained on a job that is accepted and then not carried out, too. The reason is simple: that job tied you up and took the customer away from somebody else. The only exception is a pre-booked job cancelled within the time set by the operator, usually an hour before the pick-up time, which costs nothing.

On the offer the commission does not appear as a line of its own: it is already inside the fare, like fuel and insurance, and nobody is asking you to do that sum again every time you have ten seconds to decide. It is written in the statement, where you can check it at your leisure.
