Platform

Full control over every job.

You decide who gets the job, what it should cost, and whether a commission applies.

One screen for the shift: jobs coming in, who is free, who has accepted, and where the cars are now. The rest of the platform sits behind this.

What the dispatch platform does

Take the call

Nothing changes: calls come in the way they always have. The screen is added to the phone, it does not replace it.

Handle the money

Decide whether a commission applies and whether to adjust the fare. The software counts and shows; the commercial calls stay yours.

Allocate the job

To the nearest free driver, or to the one right for that job. You offer it, and you see who accepts.

In the office

Your office is wherever you are.

Controllers can answer from anywhere.

Wherever you are, a laptop and a connection are enough: your operation is running. Nothing to change, nothing to install.

When the job is booked ahead

The 6am airport run booked the night before starts itself at the right time and looks for a driver with time to spare. These are the most predictable jobs there are, and today they live on a sheet of paper.

What stays yours

What you bring in stays yours.

Your customers, your drivers, your agreements and your job history stay yours. You can take them out whenever you want, and your operation carries on being your operation.

It is written into clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions.

01

Export whenever you want, including on the way out

Customers, account work, agreed prices, tariffs and job history: download them at any time, in a file another system can read. No permission to ask, nothing to pay, no explanation to give.

02

The software you run will not become your competitor

UrbanGo does not carry passengers and does not run an operation, neither directly nor through another company. Not out of generosity: licensing, hours and the obligations you meet every day are your trade, not ours. You already know how this goes the other way. Uber bought Autocab in August 2020 and closed the deal in April 2021, and Autocab supplies the dispatch software a large part of this trade runs on. Operators who asked about their own data were given a promise.

03

Signing up a driver costs them nothing

A driver joining your fleet brings their profile, their rates and any credit they already hold. There is nothing to redo before they can work with you, and that removes the first reason a driver puts it off for a month.

Your business

Answering the phone is work. Get paid for it.

Drivers set their own fare. You add your booking fee on top.

Every time you ring a driver and find them on a job that came from an app, that work is lost to you. But the customer on the phone is yours, not theirs: your number, your reputation and whoever picked up brought them in. That is work, and like any work it has a price.

The fare stays with the driver, the booking fee stays with you: you set it once and it applies to every job that goes through your operation.
