How I sign in to the app
You cannot sign yourself up: your operator adds you.
UrbanGo Driver has no sign-up. To get in you have to have been added to an operator’s fleet, which uses your mobile number: it is that number that recognises you when you open the app.
- 01The operator adds you to its fleet with your mobile number.
- 02You download UrbanGo Driver and open the app.
- 03You put in the same number and get the verification code.
- 04You fill in your profile and your vehicle, and from there you can take jobs.
If the app says the number is not recognised, nearly always it is because the operator has a different one on record. Ask them which one they put in.
There is no approval to wait for from us: if the operator has added you, you are in.
