How you pay for the journey
You pay the driver. The money does not pass through UrbanGo.
You pay the price of the journey directly to the driver, at the end of the trip. UrbanGo does not collect it, does not hold it and does not advance it: it puts you and whoever drives you in touch, and the payment stays between the two of you.
How to pay, cash or card, depends on what the driver takes. If it makes a difference to you, ask when they arrive, or write it in the notes before you set off.
If the journey was booked by a hotel or a company putting it on their own account, you pay nothing in the car: the app tells you so and the driver knows it too.
