Why you choose the driver
You see who is free nearby and you decide, nobody is assigned to you.
UrbanGo does not assign you a car: it shows you who is free near you and leaves the decision to you. For each one you see the name, the vehicle, how long they take to arrive and what the journey costs at their fare.
The price can differ from one driver to another, because each sets their own fares. The nearest is not always the cheapest, and it is right that the choice is yours.
The drivers you see work with a local operator. That is not a detail: it means licences, insurance, and an operator to go to if something goes wrong.
