How to book a car
Pick-up, destination, and you choose who comes for you.
- 01Open the app: the pick-up point is already where you are, and you can change it.
- 02Type where you want to go.
- 03See who is free nearby, with each one’s price.
- 04Choose the driver and send the request.
- 05When they accept you get the name, the registration and the arrival time.
The journey is confirmed only once a driver has accepted. Until then it is not booked, and the app says so plainly instead of leaving you in front of a spinning screen.
You can book for somebody else as well: what matters is the pick-up address and a phone number the driver can reach if they cannot find the place.
