Fares and the operator’s booking fee
Which fares apply and how much you keep.
On every job you decide two separate things: which fare the price is worked out from, and how much the operator keeps.
- The driver’s fare: the one they set themselves
- The operator’s fare: your own, applied to whoever does the job
- A custom price: the figure agreed on the phone, when the job fits no fare at all
The booking fee can be the one you configured once and for all, a different percentage on that one job, or none. The result is always two amounts: what the customer pays and what is left to the driver. The difference is what you earn.
Where there is a price agreed with a partner, that price beats any fare. The driver sees only the cost of the job and what they take: the operator’s commercial arrangements appear nowhere.
