Real-time dispatch

The first thing we built is the place where the controller spends the day. Requests arrive from different channels, phone, app and partners, and all end up in the same control room, with the map of the town moving while you talk.

The constraint we set ourselves is that the controller assigns the job while still on the phone. There is no queue of calls to clear afterwards: if a request is left waiting, the customer has already hung up and rung somebody else. Everything needed to assign has to fit on one screen.

Refused jobs stay as visible as accepted ones. A driver who does not accept is information, not a mistake to hide: it says something about the area, the hour or the fare.
