Live, inside a real operation

Thanks to working with a live operation I was able to try the software where it counts: in a real working day, not in a demo.

What came out straight away is that handling the jobs was the easy part. Around it was all the rest: the commercial arrangements with partners, the invoicing, the customer records, running the fleets. A dispatch that stops at the job leaves out half an operator’s work, and it is the half that keeps the books standing.
