The change of model, and the first prototype

The data from the requests collected up to then all said the same thing: gaps in cover, questions with no answer, and a risk that fell on the operators more than on me. Hence the decision to change model, from a service aimed at the public to a tool for the trade.

The first prototype was installed in a partner operation, with a precise aim: to map the real flows, to get into a system the information that still went round by voice and on paper, and to look at where the process lost time.

The underlying idea was that technology should serve to keep customers and partners rather than to replace them. Staying inside the rules and taking the territory back, rather than occupying it without respecting them the way the multinationals were doing.
